You belong here.

Perhaps you’ve spent years trying to belong, trying to make connections work while quietly wondering:
”Why do I have to work so hard to be understood?”

Do relationships feel harder than they look
for everyone else?

Do people think you’re “doing great” while your nervous system quietly feels overwhelmed?

Do you feel exhausted from adapting?

Tired of translating yourself to belong?

༄ ─────── ♡ ─────── ༄

Maybe you’ve spent years trying to be more understandable.

Masking

Monitoring and modifying what you do

Rehearsing

Softening yourself

Trying to communicate “the right way”

༄ ─────── ♡ ─────── ༄

Maybe people care about you…

but somehow the signal still feels crossed.

Like you’re loved…

but not fully understood.

Or maybe you’ve quietly wondered:

Why does being human feel so exhausting?

If any of this lands… I’m really glad you found your way here.

Pull up a chair, babe.

Your nervous system looks tired.

I’m Lisa.

A hot mess of magic 😉 — Somatic IFS-informed, Trauma-informed practitioner, ND-affirming coach, Gene Keys Guide, Reiki Master, philosopher of life’s messy middle, and deeply attuned fellow human.

Somewhere along the way — through childhood trauma, profound grief after losing a child, the fierce and beautiful complexity of raising three neurodiverse sons, and years of deep healing work — I began realizing something important.

Because I stopped asking:

How do I become more understandable?

And started asking:

What if different nervous systems simply need different ways of being in connection?

What if exhaustion isn’t who we are…
but the cost of adaptation?

──────── ✦ ────────

Healing doesn’t mean becoming
someone else.

I think healing looks more like:
Learning how to stay connected without abandoning parts of yourself.
Finding spaces where your nervous system no longer has to work so hard just to belong.

I guide exhausted, deeply perceptive nervous systems into spaces where they no longer have to disappear to stay connected.

Healing is messy.
Magic is real.
Difference is divine.

Come in.

Put the armor down. You’re welcome here.

We’ll figure out your way of being together.
